it's annoying reading boxing forums people saying "Thurman was exposed!" and he's not very good, a hype job etc. I don't get how displaying your boxing skills, footwork and pitching a shut out is a bad thing Yeah I understand people want to see KO'S but get real, Bundu had a rock head and Thurman fought smart to win. It's more impressive than if he KO'D him in the first round imo, people would just say oh well he KO'D some guy we never heard of.

Because that's what it was. Disappointing decision against Herrera. Not sure if it's his style or because he isn't a star but whatever it is you have to be feel bad for a guy who does a lot of things right in the ring and just doesn't have much power not getting decisions for whatever reason in key spots against star or star potential fighters.

Also not a huge fan of the stoppage in the Lee/Korobov fight. Korobov was in the center of the ring, in a title fight, and hadn't gone down. If Lee didn't get him out there right then, there was a huge chance he could have punched himself out. I'm not for guys taking unnecessary punishment but you have to let those fights go on IMO.

I was thinking something along these lines too. I've always though he was faster than Pac and Floyd. But his chin is basically a fallen leaf at times.
