Kovalev i think will fuck him up. Thats why i thinks hes delayed fighting him. Wants some easy pay days 1st. This was a joke of a fight. Makes the Manny fight look competitive lol. The fact he hasnt even fought Pascal yet is kind of pathetic.

He never delayed fighting him. Those were Duva lies that were refuted with the real emails and contracts.
Yeah man, Stevenson just has such bad luck that he managed to miss out on Kovalev, Hopkins and now Pascal. After awhile you got to start saying to yourself maybe Stevenson IS the problem.

Hopkins took the Kovalev fight after Duva hit him and GB witht he lawsuit as well. The man admitted to that being the reason as to why he took the fight. Pascal, don't know too much about the negotiations and why that fell apart.

But now Stevenson has to fight the winner of Pascal and Hopkins so it is what it is. 2015 he knocks out one of them for me, I hope it is Kovalev.

He stalled with Pascal as well that's what happened. You don't see a pattern?

Pascal was mandatory to Stevensons belt. Pascal is a much bigger star in Canada than Stevenson is. They knew it's a big money fight. The offer was 60/40 in favor of Stevenson. However because Pascal is mandatory, if no deal is made it goes to a purse bid. In a purse bid by rule the champ gets 70% the challenger30%. By delaying they were trying to force a purse bid to squeeze out more money. Pascal said fuck that and went to Kovalev. Sound familiar?

2-0-Sixx @2-0-Sixx .. does wiziwig stream Japanese boxing? I need a good site to watch this.
Yes sir it does. It's actually being aired on American cable (for those that have some Argentine cable package or some shit) so there should be numerous broadcasts available.

What time does the fight start?

And if Inoue wins in impressive fashion, you think he's fighter of the year? Moving up two weight classes to directly fight the man of the division, hard to argue against him.

You sure TyC is airing it? I know they're airing the Uchiyama card cause he's fighting an Argentine fighter but I didn't they were airing that.

The fight should start around 5-6AM if it holds like most other fights in Japan.

If he wins in any fashion save for a hometown decision I'd give it to him. Dominated Hernandez in his 6th fight who's basically been a titlist since 2011 and Narvaez is the longest reigning title holder in all of boxing. Dethroning him in his 8th fight, while moving up 2 weight classes is insane.

He's legit man, look at how big he looks next to Narvaez. Want to see if his power moves up with him though.

I swore I read earlier today it's on American television, however I don't remember where I read that.

Yeah man I'm with you on that. FOTY if he wins impressively. I just don't think Crawford, who's really the only other standout candidate this year imo, matches what he did.

Alright enough time has past. He DESTROYED Narvaez in two rounds!!! Moved up two weight classes and just beat the shit out of him. The same guy Narvaez who moved up in weight to fight a much bigger and prime Nonito Donaire and Donaire couldn't hurt him and struggled with him, so for to knock out two rounds is super impressive. Obviously his power is still there. Fighter of the Year in my mind, no question. More impressive than what Crawford did this year.

Inoue Destroys Narvaez And The Fighter Of The Year Race - Boxing News

With his brilliant display of power punching over an incumbent champ, Naoyo Inoue now claims title status in his second weight class, with possibly much more to come in the next few days.

Four knockdowns paved the way for a 2nd round knockout of Omar Narvaez in the headlining act Tuesday evening at Metropolitan Gym in Tokyo, Japan.

Despite lengthy title reigns at flyweight and super flyweight, Narvaez is sadly best remembered by most casual fans of the sport for his 12-round track meet with Nonito Donaire in Oct. '11. The night produced the lone loss of his career, though his constant moving also showed - in part - Donaire's inability to cut off a ring and effectively contend with a fighter who doesn't stand directly in front of him.

There was never any such issue for Inoue, the 21-year old wunderkind who in just two years as a pro has already taken the sport by storm. He also took Narvaez by storm - and surprise - attacking from the opening bell and never giving the visiting 39-year old a chance to get untracked.

Normally a durable soldier, Narvaez found himself on the canvas less than a minute into the fight. A pair of overhand rights willed him to the deck, where he was forced to take a mandatory eight count. The night would only get worse for the Argentine southpaw, who found himself down on the canvas later in the round when a left hook to the temple threw off his balance.

At just 21 years young, there seems to be no limit to the heights Inoue can soar. The prodigious boxer moves to 8-0 (7KOs) with the title winning effort, which came two full weight divisions above his previous fighting weight at 108 lb. Title wins in two separate weight classes after just eight pro fights is also a world record.

The win likely clinched Fighter of the Year honors (BoxingScene.com to announce the prize later this week) for the rising superstar, who in a span of eight months claimed title wins over the #1 fighter in each of his two weight classes conquered.

Earlier this year, Inoue claimed his first title in just his 6th pro bout, tearing through Adrian Hernandez in six one-sided rounds. His lone defense of the belt came in September, stopping a determined Samartiek Kokietgym in 11 rounds.
