a while back, alright maybe like a year ago, Zion I came on a local radio station up here north (96.7, the chico folks know what it is) an they freestyled over a simple ass kick bass beat but that shit was hella hard...anybody know what im talking about?

^^ for reals....i aint from chico but theres a radio station that cums in thats got hip hop an they showed luv to the bay waaaaaaay before all the hyphy dreads stunnerz shit took off, it was about the same time when ea-ski, 40 an keak put out club talk that they interviewed Zion I....as for the beat i can compare to a rock song, if u heard of Sublime, they sing this one song with a hard ass bass on it, i think its called Caress Me Down...it was a bass like that but it had a sick ass snare an another kick to it....it aint "The Bay" but Zion was barely releasin it at the time.....if yall heard it you guys would fuckin not believe that shit, they freestyled for like 4 minutes to that beat...shit went hard
