That shit is obviously staged. For one reason, who in the hell would be cool with some stranger kicking you in the nuts? Second, all of those people's moods quickly changed when he told them they were on "You Got Kicked in the Nuts", like it is some nationwide primetime popular show.

But the part where he kicked the kids and then their dad was pretty funny even though it was fake.
