i always like a nice tri tip samwhich wit a lot of barbeque sauce all over.....if u ever in santa rosa...stop by porter station barbeque on mendo...right near the new safeway....they got one in cotati too
i do somethin similar, i toss a little butter on a pan, cook my bread on it, take the bread out when it's light brown and throw the pastrami on the stove, top it off with a slice of provolone and let it melt, take it off the stove and make a sammich out that beeeyatch... add onions and tomatoes too
