Boil or cook up the chili then put the Fritos (both bags or how much you wanna eat) in a bowl... pour some cheese on the Fritos, pour some chili on and top it again with some more cheese. damn homie you're about to croak off that shit lol. I'm the same way only my slop is a little healthier... there's usually one day a week where i just make a fat ass bowl of this shit and eat nothing but it all day. Cook up a couple boxes of spanish rice,a can of refried beans, a bunch of shredded cheddar cheese, salsa and hot sauce, an avocado, mix it all up into a paste and eat it by itself or w/ corn chips.... shit's hella addictive i got into it when i was weight lifting cause the rice and beans and cheese got hella protein but it's not exactly junk food (or maybe it is.. who cares). and if you got some steak or chicken dice that shit up and throw it in, makes it even better.
