i got pulled over on july 3rd pass midnight after the club, so it was really july 4th. the police gave me the physical which i passed but i failed the breathalizer with a .15. so i went to court and i read the statement the officer filed. he stated that he saw me swerving and thats why he stopped me. but im pretty sure i was driving correctly but he pulled me over cause i was leaving the club, and it was july 4th. he gave a false statement saying that he stated why he stopped me which he didnt. he also stated that i said "im kindve tipsy" which i didnt say, but i did say "i got alcohol in my system". so the free lawyer told me hell cross-examine the case and rescheduled me a future court date. what yall think of the chances that i might get let off the hook? i got pulled over/confiscated for no reason but i did fail the breathalizer w/ a .15.

its pretty much his word over yours.. and who do you think the judge will believe?

either way, if you blow a .15, you;re gonna get fucked. But call a lawyer and see what he says

oh trust me..you fight this case...you'll lose...

just plead for NO CONTEST...

if its your 1st DUI..you'll have to take a 3 month class and pay a 2,500 dollar fine...

but u will not win it..and if you do take it all the way and lose the case..

you'll pay a higher fine + do time in the county..

i just got one too and i know theres no real chance of fighting it eventhough i was stopped for no real reason. I just pulled from across the street into a bar and there was a sherrif in front of me. He decided to fuck with me and it was cleats. I failed all the tests and i knew it then i blew a .017 or some shit and it was a done deal. I'm just gonna take my punishment and live with it and not ever do that shit again. A 10 dollar cab ride beats a 3000 dollar DUI any day. In the bay there are just way too many police to fuck around like that, its just a matter of time before you get caught slippin. Damn near everyone I know has gotten at least 1, this is my first and last

dont matter if you thought you were driving correctly there not gonna believe you cause you were drunk or at least blew twice the legal limit aint no point of gettin a lawyer and those so called free lawyers are never free the charge you like $200 when you get one

u actually think the officer is gonna admit that he falsifyed the report while being cross examined in court???? i think not...he can get away with shit like that...cuz u blew a 0.15, aint no one gonna believe u....
