Seems like somebody saw how much attention Drake got when he did the bay thing seen how much plublicity 2 Chainz got

Its amazing how much attention we give to artists who tap into our market but we cant even tap into our own market

sad thing is the bay in general seems so thirsty for any recognition in the mainstream rap game that folks flip out when big name rappers come out here and do videos shoutin out mac dre. but why is it that both drake and yo gotti both do songs shoutin out mac dre and come out to the bay to do videos yet neither got a bay artist to feature on the actual track? so bay artists are good enough for cameos like groupies but not good enough to feature on the song? drake did a remix to the motto and had tyga jump on?? the fuck? gotti does a remix and gets iamsu on it but real talk fuck a remix what about the original release? fact is these cats dont give a shit about the bay.. dont give a shit about mac dre cuz if they did they woulda been fuckin with the bay but they didnt. if they really gave a shit about the bay they would be out here fuckin with bay talent but they aint. snoop and the dog pound shot a video in new york and got shot at.. fools come out to the bay to do videos and folks go crazy like they givin away money or somethin. maybe i just got way too much bay area pride to get wett over some rappers from outta town comin thru shoutin out mac dre like its really gonna put the bay the bay in the mainstream spotlight or somethin.

maybe because mac dre influenced alot of these rappers from other parts of the world? maybe because mac dre still cannot be gassed? maybe because even tho he died years and years ago his music still clowns on everyone elses?

I dont know if its been answerd but I rap so I really listen.

He said im goin back to the bank rip to my safe. As in im getn so much money I dont need a safe no more im to the bank. And the coco ahit aint a diss to the bay niggas would feel the same way about the situation no matter where the nigga was from. He just used a bay situation because of course it was a bay based song.

spread the word before the dumb ass Internet make niggas not even wanna make money with us cuz its so much bitch ass drama that go on doing any song connected to the bay.
