I'm 100% with Yelawolf on this. A lot of people don't know how deep the N word is. Yelawolf bein from Alabama understands the sensitivity of that word especially being from one of the most historically raciallly charged states. Don't think for 1 second he's kissing up to black people. I think he's doin the complete opposite. Most non whites say the word nigga to fit in and to be more down or cool and sometimes to be more accepted in some circles.. My grandparents are from the deep south, they were a part of Jim Crow laws, segregation and not to far down a few generations, their grandparents were slaves. So the N word is a lot deeper than people wana know or understand. People say Oh its just a word,it doesn't mean anything now. But I personally don't like it when I hear people that aren't black usin it. I seriously don't get why they feel the need to use it..For example if the word "beaner" or wetback or chink or whatever racial slur somehow became socially accectable to say. I still would NEVER use that shit. WHY ,because I'm socially aware of the hate and pain and discrimination behind those worrds. And I woudnt give a fuck how "cool" it would be to say those words. It wouldn't fly well with me..I have respectfully asked people who weren't black to not say the N word around me. That shit makes me feel weird to hear some non blacks say it. It seems so forced and unnatural..Like I said, I really don't understand why people other than blacks feel that they need 2 say Nigga. I'm glad Yelawolf spoke on this shit and he has evry right to speak about this topic. Why isn it his buisiness. This has been one of the most contriversal topics this year due to this whole v nasty thing
