the industry ain't handing out deals, if so very little money for promo, marketing, etc., etc.,...and if your from the bay its an automatic redflag, this do to poor local sales...best thing for him to do is grind the way he been grinding and put some miles under his belt(performances), wait for the drought to end and hit ummm hard.
