Sounds like he's signed with Konvict to me. Check his new Twitter layout. It's already got the Konvict Music logo on it. He been responding back and forth to fans, rappers and producers on Twitter that been congratulating him for getting the deal. Even Balance and Droop-E mentioned on Twitter he's proud of the dude for getting the deal.

with that said tho, its up to the artist to build a buzz and a hit, thats jus the way the market is right, no lable is gonna wanna give u money on sumthin that aint gonna be a sure thing, that sucks cuz thats what makes 1 hit wonders, aint no real progressin' .. this millenium has produced the most 1 hit wonders.
I dont think it takes Awax 3 years to put out 1 hit song though......French Montana has been signed to konvict and has nothing yet.....French's buzz looks to be done (even though he came to konvict riding high), people aint feelin him as much since max got locked up......Konvict is laggin.....Akon is full off lady gaga and T pain anyways....I dont think he's in to much of a rush to put shit out.....

congrats to ya boy. its a good look.. but alot of ppl dont like bay music. so a lot of ppl are not gonna like what wax nd ya boy put out.. they have to change up their style nd at the same time make it hella commercial so other ppl would even listen to their music.. wax makes hits all the time nd so does yaboy.. they could make a big hit nd we would love it but we would be the only ones
This board if full of negativity and hate. If you like Yaboy, you should be proud of him. He worked himself into a good situation by showing the work ethic and drive it takes to succeed as an independent artist. All he has to do now is continue that, and he will have an even bigger push. Yaboy is going to be a solid artist outta California for a long time.
