he might be getting distribution from them or something. that would be big if Yaboy got some Dre beats for his album and got the right promotional push. The bay would really blow up

The aftermathmusic.com myspace page is owned by a cat out of Europe. It isn't the "official" Aftermath page, but it might as well be since Aftermath reps give news out to that page first since it gets the most hits. By the way, being myspace buddies with people don't mean much in the real world.

If your good enough you will get thru and not get shelved......... None of the bay rappers that have signed are good enough.......None of the bay area rappers have that mainstream appeal expect for messy and ya boy..........

You stupid. The Game didnt just blow up after he got signed to aftermath, he was hella close to not even being put out. The nigga was in the "in da club" video, and that was 2 years before he even released his debut album. The ratio of people getting signed to aftermath and getting shelved is higher than getting signed and not even releasing a cd.

Game was good enough and had the mainstream appeal....... No one said he signed and then bam went 4x platinum.......

In da club 03.....The Documentary Jan 04........im smartest person but that aint 2 years........

the bottom line is if you got the talent and have the mainstream appeal....... then you'll make it no matter who you are signed to........
