its alright i aint sure you should have a white glow behind ya boy because it makes his arm look detatched from his body..

You could improve the text aswel.. like make it 3d or something?

pretty tight... but yeah add some 3 D text.. and then it would be better.. and make the 3 D text look icy as well... and have like shards of ice flying out at the views... lol well that's enough...

I think it needs a border as well, but yeah, the text needs to be changed.....maybe make it look like ice that's cracked or something? and less glow
