dam i jus bought an xp30 cuz the sales guy said that the XV series of modules is just a jv-880 jv-1080 xp-30 xp-60 etc with greater polyphony. im noticing that the sounds are definitely not as thick as the xv-3080 i used at one point...maybe the xv has more effects on the exact same waveforms, but they sound thicker.
what are some ways to thicken the sounds from the jv's and the xp's so they sound a little bit phatter like the xv's....lots of chorus, multitap??!?
