I'm not trying to be his media relations guy or manager HQ... I set up his web site and myspace page. and I'm not name dropping to get him respect... We at Lost Soul try to keep it about the music but some people want to talk about where he's from instead. I didn't start this conversation! How many times I gotta say "I'm just defending my boy from pointless criticism like where he's from"... and it's been noted you didn't call him whack yet JL...

Don't get it fucked up Trick 420! I got on here to see if y'all were bootlegging the CD... I searched his name because that was obviously the fastest way to find out! While searching for the bootleg, I found the negative comments. There aren't that many posts on X Dash to search through... so obviously some stood out as I was looking for the bootleg! I sent a PM to 913 to talk shit to him and now it's a public conversation... I'm done. Y'all are too much. You got the right to talk shit on X Dash... but I don't got the right to defend the dude? it's whatever.

Well I think from experience you can do more positive than negative than keeping yourself out of situations like that. Is it really worth dragging your name and his through the mud on some dumb shit?

You even said yourself that you came on here to check on people who were bootlegging shit. If he doesn't care about negative opinions, then why should you?

I think I know him pretty well by just being around Strange and 5150 events in the past. Plus bumping into him at the Pub House, Hurricane or Satin. And I'd be really surprised if the next time we ran into each other he would be talking about this like it was any kind of a big deal.

So like I said, if it isn't a big deal to him......then why are you pressing the issue?

You are right T9HQ... I shouldn't have pressed the issue... and he already said to me he didn't care what people said or think on here... but I respect the dude a lot, he's like a brother to me and I wanted to add my opinion, just like you guys add yours.
