What i have noticed is the people who wear Hoodies, jeans and other winter clothing in extreme tempetures.......Are usually crazy as fuck...THey have some kind of mental disorder.....

i remember when i was a kid and i'd be at great america with my friends there was always atleast one group of people wearing parkas and beanies in 100 degree weather lol

Some of y'all be sportin sandals, flip flops and swimming trunks? Unless u at the beach or waterwold, the fuck u sportin that going out unless u one of them ambercrombie and Fitch cats. If its hot as fuck I'd sport a wife beater, some sort of designer shorts and all white low forces.

What also don't understand is during fall/winter, people sportin jackets and hoodies but wearing Jean shorts with it. Haha

as far as seattleites dressing like that most people dress light in the summer, but on days when its like 70 degrees you gotta keep a coat stashed around cause it might dip down to 50 something and kinda chilly later that night
