thanks buddy i do my best pushing this project, i would appreciate if evrybody would invite people to this group aswell so it grows.this way we got a real chance to get evrybody together in one group, Rapper can promote their music videos in a place where people got love for the music and aswell this format could give people a reason to go on with the g-funk music in 2012.

Dats a great thing. I like how the legacy of this music is kept alive and more and more people cant forget. Since its all about the new media today, the internet is really the spot to use. Lets show the world how serious it is.

as far as the best g-funk beat since Doobies Smokfest is basically just Sades Cherish The Day beat i wouldnt name it. I love if rappers just use an old funk beat like 3ns From The 9th did with Its Ashame. But for the "best g-funk" beat i would pick a beat with more indivdual work on not just an old funk/soul/rnb beat used to rap over. Dis one would be an example i pick for lesser recognized tracks:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIscR0PofoY
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPCjU1zL6wY&feature=relmfu

for the big names i would go with stuff like dis:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4KmdKlotAQ

too many to name "best gfunk track?" is a question like "whos the most beautiful girl?" not to answer but nice to think about lol

Edit: i think Dream Of Death never dropped on cd. I talked with Red and he didnt knew anything about a cd release. Btw i just was lucky to get the DJ Fry tape (producer of Doobie Smoov), Red worked on it too, it has no Doobie Smoov feature but the same vibe as Dream Of Death and i can only recommend it.
Still waiting for the day somebody finds Secret Indictment. Im sure it will be joy for all G-Funk fans worlwide without any single exception !!

very well said ! it would be nice if you post that in the group , these type of posts keep the discussion on.
and yes i totally agree on the "favorite G-funk" beat topic that its better to name songs that re individual work and not juist recycled tracks.

I dont have a facebook account just a fake account set up to check pages, but guess it doesnt matter for this kind of stuff.
There is so much rappers on facebook, would be great if they all join your page and it becomes kind of the database for rappers aswell as fans. Could be something really big and inspiring.

O and here is more classics i would pick:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNmkOVn3-CA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVW5oe7-5hc&ob=av2e
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yn5sjO_VONk
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAynuAp-GGk
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymQIt7Iyx-c

the celly might be basically a keith sweat beat but i dont remember.

that's a dope initiative. I just wish for the site not to become another one of those places where kids that pose in gangsta rap uniforms and bandanas hijack the site for a competition in "who can find the rarest shit on youtube".

and yes, I've joined the group :)
