i just got a speeding ticket driving the company van. now i didnt find proof of insurance on the van and the cop let it slide. he did see the van registration tho. my question is will the company find out....

I don't see how that would happen. Ticket gets mailed to you and no one else.

Since that happened during company hours is it the responsibility of the company to pay for the ticket and discipline their driver? I'm not hating sucks to get caught speeding

is the address on the reg. a work address or yours?

The address on his reg is most likely the company's...they own the car.

No difference though, they mail the ticket to the address on your DL.
