the fact of the matter is when dude gets out he is gonna be considered a rapist still in the publics eye. people are gonna be whispering, 'oh yea yea went to prison for raping someone', its like a scarlet letter even if he gets charges dropped.

Yeah. I don't know about the law in New York, but in Virginia- even if you're found innocent later after being convicted of a sexual offense, you still have to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life.. Which is fucked up.

You have to be careful. I went to a house party this year and it was some white dude's house who I didn't know. The next day one of the white girls at the party told him I was grabbing her and trying to feel her up. I didn't even talk to her at all at the party or even come close to her. Why would a girl lie about something like that? The only thing I can think of is she is racist of minorites and doesn't want minorities invited back to his parties.
I feel you man. Alot of girls, and this isn't unrealistic to say, like drama. They dont care if its at the expense of you getting thrown in jail, beat up or hurt in some way. I remember when i was in middle school some girl had her big ass boyfriend come after me because i was poor and didnt wear cool clothes and i apparently "deserve to get your ass beat". Its not the first and im sure it wont be the last time a girl will try to stir up drama for me.
