I had a bootleg of this shit sitting around for the last two weeks, finally watched it and this movie is fuckin sorry as hell. When that shit hits theatres I don't recommend it. I ain't gonna give anything away, but this shit is boring as fuck, theres maybe 2 kill scenes, and the ending is fuckin garbage.

It pissed me off cause I got all hyped seeing the commercials sayin Quinten Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez giving this movie props then I went and wasted an hour and a half of my life on it.

It's a horror movie made for US moviegoers, what else did you expect.
You want a real horror movie go get some asian horror. may be subtitled but scary than anything they put out here.

I may give it a chance, as well as Hostel.

yeah, i was thinkin that too...but now that i hear its not too great, i probably wont see it in theaters. As for "american moviegoers" that statements totally true...people comin out the theater amazed by the "Ring 2" and both "saw" movies, which fucking BLEW ASS.

last movie that was kinda cool/scary that i rented was Dark water...and Devil's rejects, but that dissapointed me.

edit: ive been waitin for a good scary movie for so long, and i think a lot of people are too, that when movies like Saw and the Ring come out, they think theyre great.

I'm still a Candyman fan.

I actually watched Ju-on, or the Japanese original The Grudge. The Japanese usually make some scary, fucked up movies. Like Ichi the Killer.

(You want to see a funny Japanese horror movie, go out and buy, or download, "Stacy". It's about Japanese school girls between the ages of 15 and 17 becoming zombies. It's not supposed to be really funny, but it is. And they have to chain saw up the zombie girls. Very gory. The chain saw they use in the movie is titled " Bruce Campbells' Right Hand" and at some point they show the chain saw but it says " Blues Campbell Right Hand" on it.)

Do you prefer suspense/horror or gore/horror? I saw House of Wax and it was House of Crap. Mostly gore for shock value. It's hard to find a movie anymore that actually scares me instead of just grosses me out a little.

thats actually false, this isnt even an american movie. This takes place in austrailia, and the movie was released in the UK earlier this year,.

but anyways, the movie SUCKS. seriously.... dont waste your time watching it. The only reason i took the time tosee it was because tarantino gave it props..

I didn't say it was Amercian made, I said it was made for american moviegoers.

I bet you the UK release is different than the american release.

The dumb down and degorify amercian releases until the are fully crap.
