Honestly man, I hope you don't get shafted by the D.A., but you gotta think before you go off and do stupid shit. Especially if you already have a strike on your record. What are you thinking? You already realize that California wants to keep young brothas in the system so why are you letting them play you?

I hope the DA doesnt give you anything that's unfair, but if it's your own fault and you weren't defending yourself, then you got what's coming to you. And don't fire back on me on some hater bullshit. I did my shit when Pete Wilson was around and got 5 years & 2 strikes out of it. I was more than prepared to face the consequences of my actions, shit I was a prior felon with 12 new felony counts in 2 different counties. I was facing so many years that I actually thought about taking the "deal" of 16years at half time, with 1 strike when I got out. But I took it all the way and the day before jury trial they came back with 5 at half, 2 strikes when I get out. I took it. And I matured & mellowed out alot.

I don't know your details of your case, but if you're guilty of assaulting an innocent person over Road Rage, then you got what's coming so face up to it.
