Window Tinting..

What are they chargin' y'all to get it done..? I'm getting mine done soon and have been quoted $140-$220.. I'm just gonna go with the shop thats got the best rep and he sits right about the middle in pricing.. $170..

If it's a 4dr car or something and you're getting all windows tinted then yeah $170 sounds pretty reasonable. If it's just the rear & backseat windows then I'd say no more than $100-$120.

Soap, water and a razor blade usually does the job for me. After that just clean your windows with some Windex.

Dude it's fucking easy. Just put some soap and water in a spray bottle. Spray on the window and scrape it off with a razor blade. Scrape a little bit till you can grab a piece of the tint then it's just how big of a piece you can peel at one time....it's cake.

If you end up getting the fronts tinted (which is illegal here in California), make sure you go no darker than 50%, because you're ass will get rolled on eventually. Some places won't even touch the front, but if you do 50% is just right because it's a nice shade, and it's not so obvious at the same time.
