Is FAB hella ¨hyphy¨ like Federation and Team and the other more radio play type rappers, or is he more like messy marvish not so ¨hyphy¨ rappers. In other words does he always talk about going dummy and ridin the yellow bus, ¨get stupid in the bay, somethin...somethin... Mac Dre¨ That type of rapper. Cuz everybody hella likin him and Im thinkin bout pickin up his album but if he is like team and Frontline, Federation, or that group that does that song about the button shirts I probly wont like it, will someone help me out with this?

I member he use to call him self a backpack rapper. I use to think of him as a Thizz rapper, like you could sit back relax and smoke a blunt to his (most of his)music.

he was cool until he started to be featured on almost every hyphy song on every rapper has been releasing. Instead of taking a right turn he made a u-turn......

i think you would like the son of a pimp album. you should buy it.

i'll give you a brief summary of the tracks...

1. intro- it's just his mom talking

2. big time- i like the lyrics to this, but i don't really like the beat. but this song is basically like on some kinda gangsta shit.

3. crush on you- it's a cupcakin' song, it's really sweet... i like it a lot.

4. streets of the bay- i like this song, he's just talking about the bay and how shit is crazy out here. psd sings the hook.

5. do it live for me- this one features mac mall & g stack...

6. hey little mama- this is another cupcakin song, i like it too... it features johnny cash & the jacka

7. kicked out the club- i guess this would be considered "hyphy". it's a fun song though... i like it. it's a good party/club song.

8. call heaven- this is a really touching song, to me. and i think to anybody who has ever lost somebody it would probably make you think & feel something.

9. hood life- this is a good song also, he's just talking about hood life. it's not hyphy at all. this is also one of those songs that will probably make you think & feel something.

10. let me do my thang- this song features kato & yukmouth... this song is also kinda on some gangsta shit.

11. super sic wid it- i would be surprised if you never heard this song. it features e-40 & turf talk. i guess it would be considered hyphy because of the beat... but... it's not just one of those "shake yo dreads/put on you stunnas" songs that aren't about anything. it does have actual content. &... i like this song. it hella slaps. it just hella makes you wanna move. & it is kinda on some gangsta shit as well.

12. if "if" was a 5th- it's a very mellow beat... he's talking about a lot of hypothetical situations, it's on some kinda deep shit; it also makes you think. i like this song.

13. if papa was home- this is a very good song but it makes me so sad sometimes i can't listen to it. it's just a very personal song talking about his life. i don't see how anybody could listen to this song without feeling something. it's very touching.

14. mama song- i love this song. it's also a personal song dedicated to his mom, it's very sweet & touching.

15. new oakland- this song features g-stack & bavgate. it's also on some gangsta shit & it's about north, east, & west oakland. it hella hella slaps & it just hella makes you hella wanna move & shit.

16. city limits- this song features messy marv & mistah kee... this ones also like on some gangsta shit.

17. dis is how da game goes- i LOVE this song. it's just like a real chill song. it has a very mellow/slow beat & it's cool to just listen to when you just wanna kick back & relax. this song features mac dre & miami.

18. where's my daddy- this is a good song- it's also very personal & sad.

19. u r my angel- i hella love this song. it's very touching.

The Team, The Frontline, Quinn, Messy, Balance, Big Rich are more like universal artist IMO...The Federation, Keak, FAB are more "hyphy". Fab is more diverse than Keak and Federation, but he is NOW mre of a hyphy type than he use to be.
