cause kmel are some haters man! im out in the Sacramento area.. ksfm has the power to break through some local artists. its a shame they don't. (Sunday show doesn't count.)

They really don't though! It's sad that all off these whack ass rappers been payin' the d.j.'s the last 10 to 13 years or so now all of them expect some type of "Compensation". It's your job as a d.j. to play and expose music to the masses. But that shit is all corrupt now. They'd rather play a weak ass song for some bux (when they're already gettin' paid by the station or club they work for) then expose us to hot shit! The line is BLURRED now so they all cross it. There are some cool d.j.'s that keep it real and fuck wit the artists out here but that number is sadly outnumbered by the "DIVA D.J.'S" or "Celebrities" Nothin' personal just some more REAL TALK bought to you by................

Not every radio station...we play what we want, and play nothing but Northern Cali's Rap Music...you have to break that mindset that terrerstrial radio is where it's at...it no longer is, and as the days and months go by it's going to start moving more and more to the back of the pack in peoples choice of tuning in..

What do yall really want? KMEL to play bay area music all damn day? I'm sorry but all local records aren't ones that I want to hear every day, all day! If you're that interested in hearing bay area music ... why won't you just, buy the album or mixtape? Sales are far more of a problem in the bay than getting on the radio is.

Yeah I was talking about the stations where clear channel has the final say. Of course yall play nothing but Bay music, thats why I listen to your station sometimes.

The fact is a lot of cats shouldn't be rapping and most of them same cats is mad kmel want give they music the time or day. An easier way to get radio play in markets you would like to get your music heard is to hire a radio promotion team
