the video is probably an alien since in that documentary they talk about the codes on the bottom of the screen and what they stand for, which is osmethin for area 51, where the copy of the video was snuck out

they also point out that the way the aliens head wobbles is proof that his neck is at the center of his head and not joined with the back of the head like humans

Budget surplus isn't in our Gov't's (or president, imo) vocabulary. When was the last time there was a surplus? And what did we do with it out of curiousity?
Clinton. The last president.

In addition to his political skills, Clinton also benefited from a very strong US economy. In 1999, the United States had a projected federal budget surplus for the first time since 1969. By 1998 it was a $70 billion budget surplus. While Clinton, Congress and the private sector have all been given credit at different times, this economic success was a source of immense political strength for Clinton. (Wikipedia)

As to what they did I have no clue. Maybe pay off some of the weaponry that the troops used to attack Iraq with while he was president. Or maybe it went to some program. I don't know.

That video was obviously fake, they had the animatronics on the head, then when the went for the close up to light the body up, they had the 'crew' supporting the aliens head... because the original animatronics would no work with the body. The body was as animated as a child's doll.

Interesting. Should have used it for something useful but I highly doubt it.

CMOKE,
WHY IS THAT? IF SOMETHIN' CLAIMS TO BE THE TRUTH, WOULDN'T YOU WANT TO SEE IF THEY WAS LIEIN'?
cuz i dont believe in any type of religion that says 1 man created all and 1 man judges all. This is a whole different subject that i could go into for a long time, but im gunna keep my response short in the intrest of maintianing the topic at hand. I have looked into the bible and researched it, But theres just no way i could ever believe in some shit like that cuz im more of a realist then anything.

I was confirmed as a luthran about 8-9 years ago. This is back when i was intrested in the concept of religion and curious about what it was about. After i was introduced to the concept, I realized that this was just not somthing i could honestly believe. I dont regret actually doing it for educational purposes...But the day i was confirmed was the last day i ever set foot in a church. I would consider myself an athiest, or non believer. Some people may say...well why did you go through with the confirmation process? Well, i took some of the lessons learned into a context where i could understand the educational values, and gain a better understanding of what it was all about. The pastor was a good man and a fair person, i figured i had gone through all the classes and studies that i might as well complete the course, which i dont regret, As it helped me to realize where i actually stand on the issue.
