I dont feel that rap needs beef.Yah it will get some attention but the focus will be the beef and that blurs peoples thoughts when it comes to deciding if a song or artist is dope or not.Rap dont need beefs,people who dont believe 100% in what they are making need beefs.If your dope the music will speak for itself.The rap game is a struggle,some don't have patience when it comes to getting a buzz around a song or album.Yuk would have a solo album right now if he didnt make a million mixtapes dissin a billion mc's.Getting sidetracked by beefs takes away time an artist could be creating good music with some good content.

i feel what your saying, but from the looks of the lyrics, its not real street beef, i dont think hes attacking them threatening theyre lives dissing, LL and kool Moe dee didnt have life threatning beef, and thats hip hop history that people still talk about, but at the sametime, no, the bay doesnt need everyone beefin wit eachother, nobody is "on" enough to be goin after another, they should be workin together to get to the next level cuz they both hot.

Why doesn't someone ask Silas to come on here and say what he meant. he used to post here quite often. I can't speak for the battle skills of either him or The Team but I don't know alof of Bay Area battle rappers with reputation for killing emcees besides folks like Locksmith.
