that if you're from the bay, you have to choose either the Oakland team or the Frisco team? Every single person I bump into is either a Giants fan and hates the A's, or vice-versa. Same thing with the 49ers and Raiders...how come no one roots for the bay as a whole? That's what I was raised to do.

my teams are the giants 49ers and kings so those are the teams I want to go all the way but if there out of the running I will choose the next california team the lakers clippers raiders a's whatever

ive noticed a lot that ppl do hav to choose one or the other, me im a 49ers fan 4ever, dont care if they win'em all or not! but what ive seen a lot is that if one team duz good and goes farther, like in the playoffs, then everyone will support the "Bay Area" team...

It seems you guys are the more balanced ones. It's good to see your "second-string" teams are from the bay. But we all know there are some people that are actually hostile to the other team; they absolutely hate the opposition.

I grew up a bigger Giants fan since I used to go to alot of games at Candlestick but I got love for both squads. I wasn't a fan of baseball when they played each other in the WS so all that is irrelevent to me. Its all bay love.
As far as the NFL Im a pure Raiders fan but I dont bash the Niners all the time like alot of Raider fans and Ill root for them sometimes except when they play my boys.

RAIDERS AIN'T REALLY A BAY TEAM SINCE THEY WAS IN LA FOR A WHILE, THYE MORE OF A WEST COAST SIDE TEAM

LOL WTF are you talkin bout..They started in the bay and hopefully they will remain that way for now on. Just cuz they still got fans in LA doesn't mean it aint a bay area team.
