Everyone on here is apparently a street kat  ,and we all know 5 or 6 active gang members who use the net on a nightly basis  ,and every one of us grew up poorer than the next  .Do you see the connection?

Seriously, why do people create rumors on here about Nelly,Chingy,50,Jay-Z,etc...
Why can't people be happy for someone who sells records.
Do you remember how hard Game was when JT put him on?Now he's a bitch, who's album sucks, and rolls around with snitches, and Gay Unit, and has no love for the Bay.Does this come after a certain ammount of record sales? Is the Game still the shit if JT's all over the same tracks instead of 50?Fat Joe sucked, but now he murked 50,so he's coo now.Yukmouth is god on here for dissing 30 mc's,but Daz is a crackhead cuz he disses 30 mc's,could that be because of his plaques from Dogg Food?

Now I'll be a bitch,who should'nt be on this site,and I'm on G-Units dick because I don't diss kats I don't know one bit about.

Gotta love the net!!

artists start off cool when theyre not famous... then all the drugs and fame get to their head , afterwards they start to act like theyre the shit... it shows how fake they are.. like snoop dogg... remember doggystyle? fucking classic cd.. "fuck a bitch" this and that now he made a song called "beautiful"... WTF? all im saying is as soon as an artist hits it big their whole style changes.. they show up on MTV and all this bullshit... sure its great they made it big and making money but doesnt mean they have to rub it in peoples faces that theyre big.. we know that already

I don't think that's a legit excuse.Rap music is all about bragging from the git. It's when money comes into play, that's when people start trippin. You did'nt trip when he said "Snoop Dogg is the shyitt,Byiatch",you hated him when he came on Cribs with a 7 bedroom house, and his own basketball court huh?He got his!!!Love it!!It's not a big deal if you think his music fell off though.I hate the rumors,or the "He's a bitch" quotes.Who's to say Nelly would'nt slap the shit outta Beanie Sigel,as hard of a picture as that is to paint.

That the str8 up truth. I agree with you. I still like Snoop but yeah look at Eminem. His underground shit was cool but his new stuff isn't nearly as good. When someone gets that much money and that many fans they can almost put anything on a cd and make money and they know that.

I'm not trippin on album judgements, because aot of peoples music suffers after time. The snitch shit, and he's fake shit is retarded.Do you just think maybe some of the consumers want to believe this underground music shit is only for gangsters, and they think their part of that life.I got friends who are convicted murderers who bump Lil Jon,and don't fuck with no Young Droop shit.

T-Sheezy,there's underground artist who rename songs and put them on other albums, and the song is identical. There's underground artist who sell cdr's.Underground artis who sell cd's that are'nt mastered.Eminem has way more to lose if he falls off,and apparently 5+ million think he's still doin it,and 4,500 hundred wannabee gang members think he's wack.I listen to 90% underground shit, but I don't trip if my homie's playin Jay-Z..I'll bob my head right along with it,but I don't own it.

i don't like much mainstream rap (except in the clubs cause it gets people moving), but i don't knock them. what i don't like is the cats that hate on EVERYONE just cause they're famous and listen to every rapper that no one has heard of just because he's "underground and keeping it real". if the music is good then bump it .. if it's not then don't. fuck how many records an artist is pushing.

it all depends on how you look at it. eminem is catering to the fanbase that he will sell the most to. and the fact is his highest potential is the trl crowd. lyrically he is as good as he ever was...if not better. and look what he is doing, he sells multi millions with every album. they love his shit. he has been getting grammy nominations. you cant really expect or strive for anymore as an artist. He is as big as you can get. and if you cant respect the fact that he is in it to make the most money he can, then you are the definition of a hater.

I listen to music what is good.. No matter if the artist is popular or not. But usually the music becomes shit when artist gets more popular. And their attitudes change also.. I mean they start doing some gay ass shows for MTV whose main target group is some teen agers who in general don't know shit about music. Artists start making songs what are more conservative and can be approved by MTV and general audience etc... For example Snoop. Doggystyle was the shit and now he is making some gay R&B style club songs.. I don't hate him though his older music is still good but I don't have to like his new music just because his old shit is good. And thing I don't like is that some artists might yell around that "Yeah imma fucking gangsta" etc.. and at the same time some record company hotshot tells him what he needs to make songs about and artist doesn't have balls to make his own shit but still he is rapping about how tough and gangsta he is.. Cannot have respect for an artist like that. That's my two cents on the subject.

I can care less how popular an artist is, how many records he sells, or how much money he makes.

The bottom line: IF THEIR MUSIC SUCKS, THEN I WILL SAY THEIR MUSIC SUCKS. Plain and simple.

Just because an artist is rich and successful doesn’t mean I should hold back my opinions about their music.

hip hop rap has always been rooted in the struggle. coming up from nuthin. i guess when u get rich and famous u loose the hunger and the edge.
but thats not to say u cannot make good music, or to say that cuz ur broke u make hits all day. plus people love underground shit that ever1 doesnt know about.

jealousy is a MUTHAFUCCA, crabs in a barrel.

personally i could give to shits. if ur music is good i'm not trippin. but for whatever reason i will always like the hungry cat more.
