Alot of times when rappers do interviews they most of them always say that "yeah, my album is complete and is ready to go out, then i'm workin on this new project with such an such then i also am going to start this new label and i also am getting into the movie scene about to release a movie and last but not least my new DVD is comming out real soon so look out for that!"

All that and they never come out with shit!

Ok where is your evidence? Which rappers are you referring to? You didn't mention any names so i'm guessing you are generalizing all rappers. You need to be a little more specific. thank you

its not up to a rapper when his albums drops. that's the distribution companies call. a rapper could say "my album is droppin' on such and such day" and the album never sees the light of day.

I'm still waiting for that No Limit line up from 1998 to drop.

i have a question for that that i've been wondering. since No Limit filed for bankruptcy back in 99 or 2000 or whenever the hell that was wouldn't the already recorded material that was copyrighted to No Limit Records no longer belong to him? i'm really not sure how that works i've just always wondered that.
