I would imagine Asians are higher on the list but in many Asian cultures its highly frowned upon for girls/boys to report that shit to authorities, so it's not going to show up accurately on any statistic.

I've been raised around various Asian backgrounds my entire life (Cambodian, Laos, Thai, Chinese), and based on my experience, it seems every friend or family has had some type of problem with a family member sexual abusing another family member. My guess is this has to do with the cultural differences in those countries they come from, where its common for 11, 12, 13, 14 year old girls to get married to older men, often times in their 30s or 40s. It also seems that the elders frown down on victims if they ever try to report anything to the authorities.

Milwaukee is the only majority/minority city in wisconsin and leads in crime-except rape.Look it up,compare it to Green bay,Superior,Waukesha,Madison,Kenosha,appleton,etc.Damn near all of these white ass cities and towns have a higher rape rate.Maybe things are diffrent in other states but I know here brothas and latinos arent really on that rape/child molesting shit,but go to them white towns and they are known for that shit.Most of the rapes in Milwaukee even are commited by whites.Most of the time when you hear about drug busts or murders the offender is black or latino,but when you hear about sick shit like incest,rape,beastiality,child molestation,etc the offender is white.

My personal theory is that crimes amongst blacks and latinos,drugs,robberies,murders,etc are tied to the economic oppression we are under in this country,and the fact that police are seen as enemies so alot of us feel we have to ''handle our own'' situations.Sex crimes are diffrent in that they arent motivated by profit or a violent environment/distrust of police.I believe that whites are just naturally more barbaric than people of color when it comes to raping and taking things from others.
