Ed McCaffrey? WTF? T.O. is better than all of these cats man... Tim Brown was deep though but I'd still take T.O. over Brown. I know T.O. will occasionally drop some easy ones but once he catches the ball, look out. He has the size, speed, strength, etc...
T.O. was better than Mr. Pushoff Irvin too. Irvin got open because of the play action fakes Dallas used to run.

1. Jerry Rice
2. Cris Carter
3. Marvin Harrison
4. Randy Moss
5. Steve Largent
6. Tim Brown
7. Michael Irvin
8. Lynn Swann
9. TO
10. Ed Mccaffrey (prolly the best hands for a WR)
I really can't judge off of your opinion too much but Lynn Swann? I was too young to see him play but I don't think he could do the things T.O. has done. Steve Largent? He probably had the best hands besides Rice and Carter. Michael Irvin was overrated to me. He wouldn't have been that good if it wasn't for Dallas' offensive line. Irvin was a master of pushing off.
T.O. is a hella of a reciver dont get me wrong, but top five all time in some lists.....???Like dude said above he does aligator arm the ball alot....Droping easy shit, Catching the ball with his chest....As long as he catches it its all good....But i like a reciver with good hands....IMO...
