yeah you got some hot artist in mind. actually louie loco and m dot brando got a new slap on m dot brando's myspace. check it out.
www.myspace.com/mdotbrando that's another reason that i'm feeling mdot because if you hear his past albums with triple x , you can hear him evolving. I just got to listening to his past shit this last year after i saw that video
put it on my life. the shit was tight and shiting on alot of others peoples videos out here. And he got a mixtape dropping with this other artist regal who sounds crazy bro. check his shit out too. I kind of agree with you about 10sion and erelevent but isn't changing a part of evolving and maturing?
I saw the video to Brando's track, it was awesome and promising, both the music and the video. Like I said though, I will not say he's great until I hear something more from him.
As far as 10sion and Errelevent go, of course changing is a part of evolving. When you change you lose some fans and gain others. I really feel Errelevent on the lyrical content side and Equivalent brought great production on the latest street album, no doubt. I just feel a lack of emotions in his verses, slight changes in voice. His flow unfortunately bores me after 5 tracks, because it stays the same.
Big Teflon: Yes, Shadow is a very talented artist in all aspects. He can spit rhymes in an outstanding pace, his rhyme patterns are superb plus he always raps to the beat. That is definitely high above average. That is why I'm anticipating his upcoming Sav-It-Out Records solo.
2 or 3 years back I would have mentioned Swinla, a Latin version of Yukmouth from the Goodfelonz group from the Mission. He dropped a great mixtape - "Rottweiler Mix CD". However ever since then his verses downgraded. I heard him on a couple of features and his bars sounded like freestyles - off beat, no lyrical content at all, weak rhymes, I don't know how that happened.
