if we are talking about the BAY/Cali, then I would have to list a few. no one really stands out above the rest to me at the moment, so there really is no HARDEST, they are all tight at about the same level.

he's a chirstian rapper, I seen a section about him last sunday morning on a show called Urban Latino. He's a really cool kat named T-Bone, very positive. He's a reformed gangster reaching out trien to help his brothers on the streets.
who knows much about him. They said he's #1 chirstian rapper in the the US. I didn't know about him, but i''m sure he's selling units.
He had a good quote, they asked him his style... he said everyone raps about the problem, he chooses to rap about the solution.
