First it was the ton, studio ton who did the majority of 40's albums in the beginning. Some Mike mosely and Sam Bostic. Then he switched to Bosko for about 2 albums, now's it's rick rock for his last 2 albums including breaking news. Who will be next?

I think the pharmaceuticals should be the next producers for 40, shiet, why else would you have a big ass line up for? Anyone know when turf talk is due?

his son? to produce a whole album? I never heard him produce before. After this album, I don't think 40's gonna fuck with rick rock on his next one, maybe one or two tracks. I wanna see a 40 and Khayree callabo.

fa sho, I know the chemistry is there. 2 big bosses, CEO's from the same town that put V-town on the map and brought they're whole crew up. One is a great producer, the other is a great rapper, the chemistry is there.

Ecay or Steve Vicious?

if Steve Vivious produce the next one....it will be FIRE, no doubt...NONE of his production is wack ... he's VERY underrated....but anyway i don't think it will happen........1

he should fuck with one drop scott, roblo, and mike dean...they actually make "music" unlike all that "noise" shit that rick rock puts together.
true dat, he should get a random mix of producers, he should get SEAN T! fuck, get JT.
or tell ric rock to make some of those beats from a couple years back.

he wouldn't have this problem if he went out searching for producers

forget a big name i'm sorry, just get hot beats

shit, i'd take an album with sean t beats over an album of ric rock beats...especially after hearing what ric roc has been doing lately with his production

I think he'd some good with Mike Dean. I probably sound pretty good with a Timbaland beat too, but who knows if he could ever get him to do a beat.

The cats who can give him some real fire beats to spit over are probably beyond his budget or they are no-names. When you're on a limited budget, it makes more sense financially to get 5 Rick Rock beats instead of one from Timbaland for the same price. And using no-name producers is risky since a lot of (stupid) people care who did the beats.

That's my guess.. Or, maybe 40 was just a Bosko fan for a minute and now it's Rick Rock that got him goin'. Both of them have done some tight music and there ain't nothing wrong with being a fan of that.

What's he done, that name doesn't sound familiar.
