I also write letters to Doctors and Attorney's and put notes in computer files all day long....lol

It's not like I can't write and sound intelligent with my vocabulary I just think I get lazy when I post on here. I should post up some shit I do at work.

These are just notes from my job. We use industry terms sometimes.

----- Created 09/13/2006 by vcalderon -----
Recieved 2/bills regarding ee's treatment for urinary track infection. I also explained that this was not covered under workers comp via phone conversation with John Muir Medical Center.

1st bill - $4,193.93
2nd bill - $1,368.45

Bill objection language:

This injured worker filed a claim for a upper back strain and we accidently paid one bill pertaining to her urinary track infection. Since then the claim has been closed via discharge from industrial injury. Please bill the injured workers private insurance carrier for reimbursment for any and all treatment regarding her urinary track infection. Also, please be advised that this injured worker was under the medical control of her employer and was never authorized to treat with your facility. If you do not quit billing us I will be forced to re-open our claim and request reimbursment for the payment we have made to your company.

Urinary Tract
The notes are not an issue as much as letters to attorney's and physicians. I already filed my letters today and I don't feel like doing any more work today...lol

That's just to prove I do have a job that requires some skill... I'm not a dumb ass all of the time...lol
