There was a news thing talking about whistler tips and how popular they are in the Town, and they interviewed a dude who called himself Bubb Rubb, a grimey ass Town muhfucka...the fool was hella fuckin funny, they were askin him about if the whistler tips were disturbing the peace and he was like "No...only in the mornin', but you're supposed to be up cookin breakfast or somethin anyways..."

Then him and his girl, after they just got their whistler tip installed, skirted off down the street runnin a stop sign and damn near bappin a parked car...
