Young niggas.... man, look here... UTFO dropped Roxanne along with the best song on that album (which I bought) called "Fairy Tale Lover".
That was right about the time that Whistle came out, and then the Art of Noise dropped "Beat Box". A couple years after the message, and a hot minute before Egyptian Lover... and before The Holy Ghost Boy (MC Hammer) dropped "ring' em".
"Bite it" was cool, so was "Whistle".
But UTFO dropped their album the same time that WHodini dropped Escape. I think that was '84. Because in 86 it was all about wearin Gucci/501's and listenin to Slick Rick.
Last but not least, at the same time everybody else was bumpin this other shit, 85 is when I bought my first Too Short album out a store...Girl, Female Funk, Playboy SHort, etc.
