E-40 lost some fans. he won artist of the year, and wasnt even there to accept it!!! They said Jimmy Roses won latin rap artist of the year and his cd barley came out a few weeks ago bullshit!! ANd what Guce say? "You dont wanna catch a case in San Mateo, they got their own laws out here" hahahah its true, but we surviving out here, even with all these fuckin pigs, Remeber the old hippie white dude talkin about we got the power if we just get along, lol shit was hella funny! i got my 50 bucks worth!
40 was the ice breaker for the Bay Area (I'm sayin' it & I'm not even from the Bay). 40 was the first Bay cat to hit the mainstream & made it stick...and made the media (MTV, BET, The Source, XXL, Rolling Stone etc etc...) look deeper into the Bay.
