im just curious on how 95% of the bay area is over-rated. plz explain that 1

for the last time, when i say overrated i mean being overrated in the rap bay cirlce. when another bay nigga starts hyphing up a certain bay rapper (for example messy marv, mac dre , etc.) and claiming their the greatest bay rapper of all time. this does not include the whole industry and only northern california hip hop.
