id have to say quinn if i had a vote to cast. i think rbl and mess and the figg and maybe even big rich who grinds dumb hard all have positions in the oval office of frisco. but quinn is the top shelf dude in the sco in my personal opinion.

to be honest, their isn't one. Nobody is actually doing anything. The better question would be, who has the most talent or best albums. With that line of questions I would say Quinn.

Since when did ther bay area become a damn heirarchy, with some of these rappers attitudes I think we got too many cats thinking they kings and dont deserve the crown...just cause you walk in the castle dont mean you royalty.
Now we got mayors that aint ever called a shot and kings that got crowns that might as well have come with a happy meal..then it would be worth something.
With all the damn inflated ego's , altered images, autotune and rumors...people needs to just work on building up the castle instead of trying to sit on the thrown


edit: but to answer your question fresh, I'd say Quinn done put in his time to deserve the title for Frisco as the living king, holding it down.
