Does not look like the topic is.. As artists who do we appreciate? looks like you askin the general public (fans) who they would invest there money in..because wouldn't the artists if they had the money invest in themselves....

All Im saying is quiz your fan base..not other artists with fingers up their booty all sitting around with sour puss faces mad because the rap game has changed, and its hard to make a living in it anymore...they are just as confused wondering what to do..and it aint just dago....is it gonna all of a sudden get better...are the powers that be gonna suddenly become successful at stopping illegal down loads? The game has changed, getting the information you need to make it aint necessarily gonna come from the ones with knowledge of the record business as it is unknown where to go from here...thats why I stress BUILD A FAN BASE....Cater to YOUR fan Base..listen to your fan base...If I buy your album and like it i will buy the next..Ill spread the word as will ecah of your fans and as long as you provide us with what we like then we will buy, but if ya keep switching styles I will lose interest, and spread the word as will all your fans........FANS are consumers and are vital for any business....

ok dude now what u need to do since you think the majority thats postin on this particular thread are fans then you might wanna count all the "fans" that posted on thread and then youll maybe realize that it aint more fans than niggas thas in the dago rap game right now... so your point about fans jus went out the door and what i said makes more sense now.. theres 22 posts from cats that are involved out here vs to 19 posts from "fans" and you jus said booboo makes beats i didnt kno that so that makes 23.... but anyways... we got some more votes for smigg and a couple more for mitch
So keep it real, did you obtain the information you were looking for. Did the valuable experience in the music game from these 23 artists help you make a decision. So who you about to invest time and money into, or do a project with besides IROCC..SMIGG.. DIDO.. being you already work with em?

it will be very interesting to have this conversation in another ten years from now. I don't think you been jerked enough..fucked over enough to comprehend the importance of some of my points... Have you noticed ever that you the homie as long as you doin shit for artists? Ever feel like artists do not wanna pay what your worth but have no problem capitalizing off your work....Lets just say for argument that we all come to a conclusion to back an artist, and we say you do some production as well as a few others....What happens when they get a big deal?( If its even possible..but just for arguments sake.)...With their budget they gonna get who the label wants to produce...Kanye...Just Blaze something like that.... and if they get you to do beats lets compare what they pay you compared to others..Maybe you might find a loyal artist...but I have witnessed first hand on a smaller scale the same shit and heard the same promises come out of artists mouth..
