My homeboy Jabari and I started writting a horror flick yesterday because we're bored and we're both really creative an thought it'd be cool an something to do with our time other than jus write raps (somethin new for a change yadig)..
We outlined who all the main characters are, and wrote a paragraph for each of em about their personalities and backgrounds... Made movie notes as to how the plots gonna go, and ideas to how some of em are gonna die... and now we just typed up about a page of screenplay (prolly take up the first 5 minutes or so of the movie).

This shits pretty dope though. Its a horror flick set in a highschool... Good mixture of kids, ethnicitys, and backgrounds or whatever...

I'd copy some of it over, but I'm not tryin to have anyone bite! Lol

Anyways, anyone else ever fucked with makin a movie? :siccness:

Yea back in the days... I think my creativity has been capped off as I've gotten older, but I still have an active imagination. Back in highschool when we had presentations to do we'd film them and go all out on acting them out, we got A's everytime. Good shit

hahaha....when i first seen the thread from the main page all i could see was "who here has ever attempted....." and by the threads lately i though it was gonna say "suicide?" next lol.....i was like ah hell nah lol.....

but yeah anyways.....im writin the script for my own part in a movie my homie workin on.....gonna write a whole movie myself eventually....jus got too much other shit already on the table wit the graphics and producing for folks and tryin to get my own album together.....cant do everything at once.......

so you may not care, but in the event that you want someone to read it or fund it...you have to have it in a specific format designated by the "Writers Guild of America." Otherwise no agents will fuck with it, and nobody in the industry will look at it...if it's just for fun then it don't matter...BUT, if you want the specifications holler at me cause one of my professors is a member and he leaked the info to our class so we could have an upper hand if we wanted to write movies...

i got a homegirl that has an entire script done (well, 98%) she just needs to fill some shit in...
