well considering the broncos didn't even make the playoffs and woulds have won the nfc west what would you say? Considering the afc west is usually always getting 2 playoff teams with a third always close and on the brink, while the nfc west gets 1 in.

And the talks of the playoffs as well the afc is a far superiour conference so to get 2 almost 3 in compared to 1 that alone says something as well.

I think it's a lot closer than what people think. The NFC West is going to be much more competitive and I believe this year all four teams will be fighting for the top spot, whereas the AFC west two teams will likely suck...
That is al speculation though. As of this very moment and in the past, the AFC West has and is dominant. Actually, REMOVING Seattle from the AFC West made it stronger.:ermm:

being competitve and being stronger are 2 different things. Like I had mentioned, Denver was 3rd place no playoffs in afc west, but if they would have been in nfc west with same record they would have won the division. That alone shows the tougher division not to mention afc vs nfc as a whole and who each team gets to play is another factor.

Going 9-7 in afc is tougher than going 9-7 in nfc.

This whole thread is speculation. If the thread said, "who was tougher last season" then that's a different thing. No one knows how next season will turn out.

I'm going by the division, not the rest of the conference, which is what the question implies, "Who has a tougher division...". We are only looking at the four teams in each division.

well maybe it's a rival thing but I would rather play any of the 4 in the nfc west than go head to head aginst any of the other 3 in afc west....including raiders.

AFC West is probably the tougher division. Just think about going to K.C. and Denver and playing in their stadiums. Just playing in K.C. is tough period. And Denver with "mile high" stadium.... fools can't even breathe up there. The Broncos are used to it though.

Or, who has a tougher division period. This would mean every season up to this very second.

I think the poster needs to not be so general.
