I'm trying to keep an open mind about this and you are right my friend, BUT!!!! to them people in those places it signifies their tribe or what they believe.

These people out here in the states have no fuckin' idea (along with most people) what half of that shit means. They just think it's cool or they're trying to make a statement...only thing is: they look like idiots and nobody gives a shit.

On top of that, them people in other places have made tattoos using sharppend wood and have worked with what they can etc etc...but man has evolved here in the United States. We have tattoo machines etc etc...

Don't try to rationalize any similarities in tribal practices amongst peoples who have lived like that for almost as long as their existence and what mandy from arkansas thinks is fucking cool.
