Most over rated by far has got to be Ja Rule, because he doesn't even rap!!! He moans some shit out with a good beat (stolen 80%) and a female "singer" (Ashanti can't sing for shit). Overrated producer? I'd say Jermaine Dupri because he steals a lot of beats too and his main hit is Bow Wow, who appeals to little kids.....
