The only latin rappers out the bay that make good quality music and actually do shit is Jay Tee & Playa Rae. Jay Tees already had everything and did the whole world. Rae has done shows all over and is makin shit happen.

I think Hus might be Puerto Rican or part Puerto Rican but I'm not sure. I met him at Carnaval in S.F. last summer and I believe he was rocking a P.R. shirt. I might be wrong though. My memory is kinda foggy.
