i see where youre getting at but its a different scenario, cause you dont hear mexican ppl walk around calling each other spick or wetback all day. to try to answer this though, i wouldnt slap him, cause thats just a stupid irrational way to react. and i wouldnt report it cause i wouldnt care enough to waste anytime on it. if i was cool with the teacher and knew he wasnt racist and was just trying to be funny, id be fine with it, the same way im fine with it when my friends occasionally call me it. if i wasnt really cool with him and he seemed to just be plain out racist, well fuck, that sucks for him to still be a racist in the 21st century. i could forever look at him know im a better person than he is. but again its different cause this teacher called the same kid a nigga, who probably calls everone else nigga and lets everyone else (only if theyre BLACK!) call him nigga. he noticed there was no racial undertone everytime he heard them use it, so he decided to use it himself also with no racial undertone. i guess he deserved to get slapped for that
