It is very hard to pick which one is better. They both have some tight ass songs. But I would have to say NE 4 is the best, cause if it wasn't for NE 4, I would of never heard of A-Wax, and he is hella sick.

yes yes, that song is so tight man. that beat is unreal. and that song no suckaz is way tight. i didn't like the beat at first cause i am not diggin that orchestra hit sound that shows up on like 3 songs on NE4, but after really listening to it, no suckaz is a tight song
