One man can't run the bay musically. Only man that was even close enough was Mac Dre. My vote has to go with 30/30 / Sick Wid it. They got a squad and some of the best production in the bay. In addition, they have already established themselves as a power house record label.

Then again it's really tough becuse there are a lot of dope artist all on different independent labels.

Thizz by far. They got hella artists and they got a solid following. And imagine if Thizz had a video on MTV. Thizz got the streets. Up and coming would have to be Moe Doe, Flomasters and Done Deal.

done deal is down to one artist though...san quinn...id say 30/30 sic wid it cuz they got mossie, turf, dbs who arent bad....

and thizz has a following cuz of mac dre not cuz of all the new garbage they put out...even though i am a big dubee and psd fan

whens the last time yukmouth actually came out with a real song...and i dont mean a diss track to another rapper...im a fan of his but u cant really support an artist if they never come out with anything other than mix tapes

I would have said done deal but all they got is quinn now. and that hollywood cat but I aint heard nothin from him before.

I would probably have to go with sick wid it/30/30

unfortunately with the oversaturation of thizz, i wouldnt even put them in the top 5
