denver and seattle are hella spread out from everywhere else. no wonder they got good ticket sales
Yep exactly.

Seahawks games draw people from all over the state of WA as well as some from Portland OR and Vancouver BC.

And I agree with you guys that the West needs more teams (but not another team in the Bay Area market, that would be a joke. Not San Jose, not Richmond which I think the guy was joking about anyway).

LMFAO at some of you mother fuckers that have your geography and demographics way fucked up like Jacksonville FL being the largest city in America and San Jose being the second most populated in the state of CA!!!!

Anyway we already have more than enough pro sports team in CA. Las Vegas would be a great host to a new franchise whether it's football or basketball. The town thrives on celebs and high rollers. The money is there and the city could use a large football venue for a ton of shit.

I'd support something for Salt Lake City. It's the same setup of a Seattle and would sell tickets being that the whole metro area isn't too far away and the area is booming.

Seriously I've been laughing real hard at them too.

www.census.gov has all of the information, no their numbers are not perfect but they are by far the best estimate.

Ay, research. That's the only way to go about it, nice work.

San Jose is bigger than both San Francisco and Oakland, but they're all part of the same metro area so it doesn't matter.

Most people in San Jose like the Niners or Raiders...to have a San Jose team would be retarded.

IMO...there should be NO MORE NFL TEAMS...not for now anyway. L.A. has proved that they don't like NFL Football.

And what people aren't thinking about...is that the talent level in the NFL is already pretty thin. There are some guys playing that definitley shouldn't be.

To have more teams...you would just be watching alot more crappy Expansion/NFL Europe football.

Thats what I was thinking too, expansion makes the whole league suckier because the talent is diluted. IMO, thats what led to those ridiculous power numbers in MLB during the late 90s, early 2000s, more than steriods is that there wasn't enough good pitchers to go around once they added the diamondbacks, marlins, and devil rays....

There aren't enough good offensive lineman as is to stop the top DLs and 'backers. As much as I'd like the NFL in Portland, I wouldn't want to see near-fatalities at QB as they got smeared into the turf everyother play. I see that enough now as a Radier fan.

Nobody has even mentioned Hawaii.....there would be no competition so they would get everyone from the islands, and the weather is perfect. But honestly, if you're lookin for where would sell the most tickets, Mexico City is your answer.

It sure would suck to have to fly back from Hawaii to, say, New England after a game. After a monday night game they wouldn't get back until Wednesday!

I bet by 2020 there will be a team in Mexico City, but probably not sooner.
